Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Elite Sports! We appreciate our business and we would like to make sure that you enjoy shopping with us. We are happy to return or exchange merchandise with in the following guidelines:

 

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery of your item to request a return.
  • After 14 days, a store credit is issued minus the amount of shipping. We will not accept any returns after 30 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at elitesportsdirect@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • No returns on sale items
  • No returns on International Orders due to US Customs Regulations
  • You can always contact us for any return question at elitesportsdirect@gmail.com.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you qualified for free shipping on your initial order, you will receive free shipping on the new item. In addition to the free shipping, we will waive the re-stocking fee. You are responsible for return postage back to Elite Sports. 

*Please note: To ensure that you receive the item you wish to exchange for we encourage you to reorder that item, as we cannot always guarantee the availability of the item you wish to exchange for upon the arrival of your return.

 

Refunds/ Account Credit
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Account Credit: You may return your item for in-store (online) credit. By doing so, we will waive re-stocking fees. Original shipping charges will not be credited to your account. Account credit never expires!

SHIPPING:

All orders are processed within a maximum of 2-5 business days and ship UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or USPS First Class. Any changes that need to be made to shipping arrangements must be emailed immediately before or after your order has been placed. You can do so by emailing us at elitesportsdirect@gmail.com
